Easby Hall ardently champions a "turf to table" approach to cooking, always picking produce on the day of use to preserve flavour and nutrients. Even the eggs are collected daily from the Hall’s happy hens, freely roaming the lush grounds.

BREAKFAST

Enjoy a breakfast experience at Easby that caters to every palate. Saunter downstairs to the smell of freshly ground coffee to be welcomed by a spread of home-grown and produced platters. Graze on the buffet with a delightful combination of fresh fruit compotes, crunchy homemade granola paired with creamy greek yoghurt. Orange juice is freshly squeezed; not from a carton, and smoothies are sourced from the kitchen garden. Customise your own take on the classic full English by selecting your favourite components from an array of tempting options. Alternatively, opt for a lighter choice with smoked salmon and our golden scrambled eggs infused with dill from the herb garden served on homemade granary bread. Have a healthy breakfast of perfectly made porridge (a rarity in many hotels) or smashed avocado on sourdough with poached eggs. Sample tasty Craster kippers or omelette Arnold Bennett. Indulge in pancakes with your choice of topping. Finish with toast and homemade preserves.

Easby Hall offers an abundance of inviting nooks “al fresco” where you can gather with friends and family, engaging in heartwarming conversations while sipping on an expertly crafted gin and tonic from the Hall bar. Alternatively, try a homemade cordial or smoothie created from our organic kitchen garden.
